While the legendary treasure is hidden at the end of the rainbow, it seems more likely to be on the wrist. Patek Philippe fake has just unveiled a rainbow version of its modern, sporty-chic Aquanaut Luce watch, a jewel and mechanical watchmaking gem, featuring self-winding for the first time in the brand’s womenswear collection Flyback chronograph. The Geneva-based company has opted for a veritable rainbow of colors through a double row of gemstones set on the bezel. The inner row is set with 40 baguette-cut diamonds using a complex “invisible setting” technique. Surrounded by 40 sapphires, this halo creates a very subtle gradation that echoes the rose gold hour-markers set with baguette-cut sapphires on the mother-of-pearl dial.
