Hublot MP-09 Tourbillon Bi-Axis
Hublot launched the MP-09 dual-axis tourbillon watch. As a brand new concept, the manufacturer of Nyon showed off the first multi-axis tourbillon designed to provide full visibility of its mechanism. The brand’s preference for oversized watches and super watches is no secret to anyone. We have seen it in other models (such as La Ferrari). This year, Hublot hopes to break the routine by bringing us some unique ways. Let us see what this adventurous and unconventional advice is.
When we see the fake Hublot MP-09 dual-axis tourbillon, the first thing is the complicated mechanism at the bottom. We stared at it again and again, as if it were a showcase. The movement manufactured by HUB9009.H1.RA is a mechanical device that can start the chronograph. This self-winding movement has a power reserve of five days. The core of the dual-axis tourbillon is it. It rotates on one axis every minute and on the second axis every 30 seconds. The six o’clock position is the most important part of the mechanism. Due to its design, all its behaviors can be fully understood through the complex three-layer sapphire crystal. Both the movement and the box are completely novelty of this proposal. One of the truly unique aspects of the MP-09 is that its movement was originally designed to later produce glasses and boxes that can accommodate this complex machine. The 49 mm diameter case is shaped in this way, allowing the tourbillon to be viewed from any angle. At the top, you can see the characteristic threaded bezel, which reminds us of one of the most iconic logos of the brand. The MP-09 tourbillon double shaft has also been proven to have a sealability of up to 30 meters.
On the dial, the MP-09 tourbillon dual axis at the top right provides us with hours and minutes. Delimiting this circle is an interesting double bow in which Hublot shows us the date in a very unusual way, but it is at least interesting to me. In addition, on the left side of the box, there is a date corrector, you can easily correct the date by simply pressing up or down. On the upper right is the power reserve indicator.
